The Role

Due to recent growth, our Brisbane office is looking for a Civil Designer with extensive 12D experience to join our growing office.  With work in-hand and a strong pipeline, you will be immediately working on wide ranging, challenging projects, with the opportunity management responsibility and growing a team in the near future.

The Candidate

Applications are sought from candidates with the following attributes:

  • 5 + years of proven design experience within Engineering Consultancies 
  • Experience in land development, subdivisions, roads, intersections, pavements, earthworks and stormwater drainage projects
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualifications 
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and goals at the same time, whilst working autonomously
  • Understanding of local government regulatory frameworks and statuary compliance requirements
  • Experience with civil design packages, 12D Model, AutoCAD, Drains, Music and HEC RAS.
  • Excellent communication skills - able to speak and write clearly, concisely, and compellingly for proposals
  • Creative problem solving skills to continually finds ways to overcome challenges and obstacles
  • Strong team ethic to work collaboratively across functional group
